Our Approach

A straightforward process, built on technical depth.

Every search follows the same disciplined path. We learn what success looks like on your floor, find the people who fit it and stay involved until the hire is a success.

One recruiter, start to finishUnderstand · Screen · Support

The Process

Three stages. One accountable recruiter.

The same person who learns your requirements screens your candidates and supports your hire. Nothing gets lost in a handoff.

  1. 01The first call

    Understand

We learn your equipment, software, parts and team so we know exactly who will succeed. No generic job description recycling.

    • Machines, probes and CMM software on your floor
    • Part types, tolerances and quality standards
    • Shift, pay range, team culture and growth path
  2. 02Days, not months

    Recruit & Screen

We search our network and evaluate every candidate's technical skills before presenting them, so your time goes to interviews that matter.

    • Direct outreach to passive CMM professionals
    • Technical screen on software, blueprints and GD&T
    • Pay, schedule and commute confirmed up front
  3. 03Long after day one

    Place & Support

We coordinate interviews and offers, and stay in touch well after the start date to make sure the placement lasts.

    • Interview scheduling and candid feedback
    • Offer negotiation and resignation coaching
    • Check-ins through onboarding, backed by a guarantee

How We Screen

We test for the work, not just the keywords.

Anyone can search a resume for "PC-DMIS." We talk through real programs, real parts and real problems so we know what a candidate can actually do before you meet them.

  1. 01

    Software fluency

Which platforms, which versions, online or offline, and how deep their programming experience really goes.

  2. 02

    Blueprints and GD&T

Datum structures, feature control frames and how they translate drawing callouts into a measurement plan.

  3. 03

    Hands-on setup

Fixturing, probe qualification, alignments and troubleshooting when a part or program misbehaves.

  4. 04

    Fit and follow-through

Shift, commute, pay expectations and motivation, so the offer gets accepted and the hire stays.

What We Stand For

The principles behind every search.

Specialists only

We recruit only CMM, metrology and quality inspection talent. That focus is the reason our short lists are short.

Quality over volume

A few qualified, interested candidates beat fifty resumes. We would rather present three great people than thirty maybes.

Honest timelines

We tell you on the first call how long a search will realistically take and what the market will pay.

Confidential by default

Employer names and candidate details are shared only when both sides are ready.

Candidates come first too

Our service is always free for job seekers, and we treat every candidate the way we would want to be treated.

Guaranteed results

Every placement is backed by a replacement guarantee, so the risk stays with us.

Less time sorting resumes, more time interviewing people who can program, run and inspect from day one.

  • Qualified candidates, typically within one week

FAQ

Our process: common questions.

How long does a typical CMM search take?

Most employers see qualified candidates within one week. From first call to accepted offer, a typical search takes a few weeks, depending on interview schedules and how specialized the role is.

What do you need from us to get started?

A short call about the role: your machines, software, part types, shift, pay range and the team the person will join. A formal job description helps but is not required.

How many candidates will we see?

A short list of qualified people rather than dozens of resumes. Every candidate we present has been technically screened and has confirmed interest in your role, pay and schedule.

What happens if a placement doesn't work out?

Every placement is backed by a replacement guarantee. If a hire leaves or isn't the right fit within the guarantee period, we run the search again at no additional fee.
