FAQ
CMM job seekers: common questions.
Does it cost anything to work with CMM Recruiting?
No. Employers pay our fee, so our service is always free for CMM programmers, operators, inspectors and quality engineers.
Will my current employer find out I'm looking?
No. Every search is confidential. We never share your resume or your name with an employer without your permission first.
Do I need to be actively job hunting?
Not at all. Many of the people we place were happily employed and simply open to the right opportunity. Tell us what it would take to move and we will only call when something fits.
What experience do I need?
We work with every level, from inspectors early in their careers to senior programmers and quality lab managers. Experience with CMM software, blueprints and GD&T helps, but the right attitude and willingness to learn open doors too.
Do you help with relocation and contract roles?
Yes. We place direct hire, contract and contract to hire roles across all 50 states, and we help negotiate relocation support when the right job is in another city.
